Avoid Wrist Pain was established to document effective ways to avoid Repetitive Strain Injury in the workplace. We scoured the internet for information about work conditions that eventually lead to wrist and arm pain.
Our research on workplace ergonomics and productivity has led to a collection of techniques and devices that is proven useful to alleviate/avoid wrist pain when working with computers.
We have also reviewed ergonomic products and based on the principles of office ergonomics, we have made our recommendations of what actually works and what products to avoid.
It is our intention to provide you a short-list of all the information you will need in order for you to find the right product that works for you.
A word of caution, if you are already experiencing pain/discomfort from using the computer, seek prompt and immediate medical attention. By seeking medical attention in the first instance, you will have a far better chance of alleviating the symptoms and avoid a necessary and more invasive medical procedure such as surgery to resolve it.
